Buy Golf Plus [5M] – Rear Wiper Blade – 5M0 955 427 E – Genuine Volkswagen Parts

Maintain clear rear visibility in all weather conditions with the Genuine Volkswagen Rear Wiper Blade (Part Number: 5M0 955 427 E). Specifically designed for the unique tailgate geometry of the Volkswagen Golf Plus [5M], this OEM blade ensures streak-free performance, quiet operation, and a perfect fit that generic aftermarket blades often fail to provide.

Product Overview

The Golf Plus features a distinct rear window profile compared to the standard Golf hatchback. Using the correct wiper blade is essential for ensuring that the blade maintains uniform pressure across the entire glass surface, preventing missed spots or “chattering.” This Genuine Volkswagen (OEM) wiper blade is engineered with the precise curvature and rubber compound required for your vehicle, offering longevity and performance that generic replacements cannot match.

Compatibility & Fitment

This rear wiper blade is a direct fit for the following model:

• Vehicle Compatibility: Volkswagen Golf Plus [5M] (2005–2014)

• OEM Part Number: 5M0 955 427 E

• Type: Rear Wiper Assembly

Important Note: To ensure perfect performance, please verify that your wiper arm is the original factory-equipped version. If you have any doubt regarding your specific model year or equipment trim, please provide your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) to our team, and we will confirm compatibility instantly.

Performance & Safety Benefits

• Streak-Free Visibility: Engineered to wipe efficiently in one pass, ensuring a clear view behind you—crucial for safety in heavy rain and road spray.

• Silent Operation: High-quality rubber compound prevents the annoying squeaking and juddering common with low-grade aftermarket alternatives.

• Perfect Geometry: Specifically contoured to match the rear window glass of the Golf Plus, ensuring even pressure distribution.

• Weather-Resistant: The specialized rubber is treated to remain supple in freezing temperatures and resist degradation under harsh summer UV rays.

• Easy Installation: Designed for a quick, “click-in” installation, allowing you to replace it in seconds without tools.

Why Choose Genuine Volkswagen Wipers?

When you buy generic wiper blades, you often compromise on the quality of the rubber and the structural integrity of the frame. Genuine Volkswagen blades offer:

• Perfect Engineering: Built to the exact specs of your Golf Plus’s rear wiper motor and glass curve.

• Durability: Longer-lasting materials mean fewer replacements and better value over time.

• Safety: Reliable visibility is a core component of vehicle safety and is checked during your annual MOT.

Installation Guide

Replacing your rear wiper is simple:

1. Lift the wiper arm away from the glass.

2. Rotate the old blade to release it from the arm clip.

3. Slide the new 5M0 955 427 E blade onto the arm until it clicks securely into place.

4. Gently lower the arm back onto the glass.

• Tip: Ensure the rear glass is clean before testing your new blade to prevent premature wear from road grit.
