Whether you are transporting a pet, heavy equipment, or loose holiday gear, this guard ensures everything stays exactly where it belongs.

Product Overview

Safety is paramount, especially when your vehicle is fully loaded. This Genuine Volkswagen (OEM) Partition Grille is not a flimsy, universal aftermarket accessory; it is a vehicle-specific steel divider designed to integrate seamlessly with your Golf Estate’s interior architecture. It provides an essential safety buffer, preventing cargo from shifting forward into the rear passenger area during sudden stops or cornering. It is the perfect solution for responsible pet owners and drivers who frequently utilize their Estate’s full load capacity.

Compatibility & Fitment

This partition grille is engineered to match the exact dimensions of the Volkswagen Golf Mk 7 Estate (Variant).

• Vehicle Compatibility: Volkswagen Golf Mk 7 Estate [5G5]

• Generation: Golf [5G5] (Mk7/Mk7.5 Estate)

• Placement: Behind the rear seats

• Material: High-strength powder-coated steel

Important Note: This grille is specifically for the Estate/Variant model [5G5]. Please note that fitment can be affected by specific interior configurations or panoramic sunroofs; we recommend verifying your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) with our team to ensure this guard is fully compatible with your vehicle’s specific trim and seat-back design.

Performance & Safety Benefits

• Increased Safety: Prevents luggage or pets from entering the passenger cabin in the event of an emergency stop.

• Pet-Friendly: Allows your dog to travel comfortably in the boot area with maximum ventilation and safety.

• Cargo Management: Enables you to stack your boot to the roofline safely, maximizing the utility of your Golf Estate.

• Rattle-Free Design: Unlike cheap alternatives, this OEM grille is designed to sit under tension, ensuring a quiet, rattle-free experience even on rough roads.

• Easy Access: Designed to work in harmony with your factory seats, meaning you can still fold or adjust your rear seats as needed.

Build Quality & Engineering

When you choose a Genuine Volkswagen Accessory, you are choosing German engineering. The grille is manufactured from high-grade steel, finished with a scratch-resistant, black powder-coat that blends seamlessly with the interior plastics of your Mk 7. It is designed to withstand significant impact forces, meeting rigorous Volkswagen safety testing standards that generic aftermarket guards simply do not undergo.

Installation

The partition grille is designed for a professional, secure fit:

1. Fixed Mounting: It utilizes factory-designed mounting points behind the rear seats, ensuring it is rock-solid and secure.

2. No Modification: Designed to be installed without the need for drilling or permanent modification to your vehicle’s interior.

3. Removal: While secure, it can be removed if you require the full length of the cabin for large items, though most owners find it unobtrusive enough to leave in place year-round.
